摘 要:针对目前普遍存在隔离液产品与水泥浆相容性差的难题,实验从物理化学角度,分析了影响隔离液、钻井液与水泥浆化学接触污染的本质原因。为了抑制这种化学接触污染,研究了隔离液各组分对其与水泥浆相容性的影响,并对影响机理进行了探索,提出了隔离液合理选材设计以改善相容性的一些措施:包括配制隔离液应优选造浆率低的黏土,并在保证浆体悬浮稳定性的同时尽量降低黏土的含量;控制好高聚物增黏剂的加量,复配低分子量增黏剂一起使用;从胶体化学结构上分析,应避免使用抗盐性较好的材料。The poor compatibility of spacer fluid additives with cement slurries is a ubiquitous problem.Experiments are done to physically-chemically analyze the chemical contamination of cement slurries when in contact with spacer fluids and drilling fluids.To restrain the chemical contamination,the effects of the components of spacer fluids on the compatibility of spacer fluids with cement slurries,and the mechanism behind the effects are studied.Some guidelines for spacer fluids additive selection are given in this paper,such as the formulation of spacer fluids should use low yield bentonite in a concentration as low as possible,provided that the stability of the spacer fluids was attained.The use of high molecular weight polymers in spacer fluids should be in combination with the use of low molecular weight polymers to obtain good compatibility of spacer fluids with cement slurries.From the colloid chemistry point,the use of additives with good salt tolerance should be avoided.
