摘 要:钻井液安全密度窗口狭窄易引起井壁失稳、漏失性储层损害和其它钻井复杂情况的发生,严重制约着油气资源的开发速度和经济效益。通过钻井液安全密度窗口的确定方法及影响安全密度窗口大小的地质及工程因素的概括,归纳了扩展密度窗口的技术条件,从物理、化学、力学的角度讨论了扩展安全密度窗口的方法,并举例说明了典型方法的成功应用。研究指出,预处理地层以提高井壁强度、用封堵、堵漏原理提高地层承压能力是扩展安全密度窗口的主要途径。建议开展多尺度井壁失稳及复杂性预测理论研究,加强用于过程监测的智能化、自动化井下测量工具研发,重视新材料开发并大幅度提高井壁强度。A narrower drilling fluid safe density window may give rise to bore hole wall instability,reservoir damage caused by mud losses and other downhole troubles;all hindered the development of oil and gas resources.This paper discussed the methods of extending the safe density windows of drilling fluids from the physics,chemistry and mechanics point of views,by summarizing the methods of determining the safe density windows of drilling fluids,the geological and engineering factors affecting the determination of such safe density windows,and the technology of extending the safe density windows.Success stories were given in this paper of the method.This paper pointed out that the major path on which the safe density windows can be extended is to strengthen the formation being drilled,by pretreatment of formation with sealing and plugging materials.This paper suggested that more research work should be done on predicating the complexity of bore hole instability,and automation downhole measurement tools should be developed for intelligent process monitoring,and attention should be paid on the development of new materials for increasing borehole strengths.
