摘 要:裂缝性漏失及其引起的储层损害问题严重制约着裂缝性油气藏和深层油气藏钻探及开发进程。讨论了当前以封堵为主的桥接材料堵漏、化学堵漏和无机胶凝物质堵漏等漏失控制技术的特点,概述了漏失机理研究、计算机预测及诊断等方面的重要进展及现场应用情况。强调漏失控制必须以预防为主,防治结合。分析表明,实现近平衡或欠平衡钻进、采用暂堵-堵漏原理大幅度提高储层承压能力、改进工艺措施减少激动压力、建立压力屏障阻止裂缝延伸是漏失控制的关键。指出,亟待发展岩石裂缝参数变化动力学理论、油气层压力及漏层位置预测技术、新材料及新型工作液体系、漏失处理系统应用软件。Mud losses to fractures and fissures,hence the impairment of reservoir permeability,impose a negative effect on fractured and deep reservoirs development.This paper discusses the technical features of loss control technology currently used,such as the bridging and plugging technology,chemical method,and inorganic gel technology.Researches on the mechanism of mud loses,progresses in mud loses prediction and diagnoses by computer technology and the field application of these technologies are also summarized in this paper. In controlling and preventing mud losses,emphasis should be placed on the prevention of mud losses,and the combination of prevention and control should be used.Our analyses showed that the critical factors in mud loss control are: Under balanced or near under balanced drilling,using temporary plugging agent to improve the compressive strength of the formation in which mud loses take place,minimizing swabbing pressures caused by tripping,and establish a pressure barrier against the propagation of fractures.It is pointed out that the dynamics of rock fracture parameter alteration,reservoir pressure and mud losses prediction technology,new material and working fluids,and computer software for mud loss control,are all important in dealing with mud losses.
