摘 要:AT5井是位于阿克库勒凸起东南斜坡带的一口预探井,其三开盐上裸眼井段可能存在灰岩、砂岩、含砾砂岩、砂泥岩不整合面等漏失类型,要求在钻进盐层前进行承压堵漏作业。从地层资料分析、堵漏浆配方的确定及后期改进、堵漏浆配制与注入、憋堵施工全过程介绍了该井的承压堵漏技术。该井进行了37次打压憋堵,累计憋入198.21 m3堵漏浆,憋堵压力可稳定到14.8 MPa,钻井液密度被提高到1.71 g/cm3,达到了满足钻穿盐岩地层的施工需要的目的。提出了几点认识和建议。Well AT5 is an exploration well located in Ackuler area.In the third section of this well,above the salt layer,mud losses were encountered in the limestone,sandstone,sandstone with pebbles and sand/mudstone planes of unconformity.Mud loss control under pressure was required before drilling the salt layers.This paper discusses from A to Z the technology of mud loss control under pressure in this well.198.21 m3 mud with LCM was pumped into the hole in 37 times,with pressures built up to 14.8 MPa in the well.Mud density during mud loss control was increased to 1.71 g/cm3.The salt formations were also successfully drilled.Also included in this paper are some ideas and suggestions about the mud loss control under pressure.
