摘　　要：目的:促进失去企业医疗机构支持的企业转型社区卫生服务中心形成良性发展。方法:问卷调查和访谈相结合。结果:企业退出支持,政府支持力度不够,影响了企业转型社区卫生服务中心的人员稳定,机构未能正确的,并很好地发挥社区卫生服务应有的功能,也面临经营困难。结论:企业转型社区卫生服务要良性发展,需要企业创造过渡条件,政府加大支持和投入力度,机构自身不断努力,以最大限度地发挥功能。Objective To prompt＇ a benign development of the transformed community health services of the enterprises losing the supports of the enterprises. Methods To combine questionnaire investigation with interview. Results Withdrawal of supports from the enterprises and scarcity of supports from the governments influence the personnel stability of the transformed CHS ＇of the enterprises, which can not correctly and finely perform their functions as well as face substantial operational difficulties. Conclusion Development Of enterprises transformed CHS needs the enterprises create good transitional conditions, governments enhance their supports and investment of funds, and the facilities themselves keep on making efforts with which to perform functions to the best potential.
