摘　　要：给出了信息矩阵的概念,利用这个概念,提出了粗信息矩阵,给出了粗信息矩阵的特征,得到了一系列重要的定理.The concept of an information matrix is presented. A rough information matrix is put forth based on this concept. The properties and a series of important theories on the rough information matrix are given. The rough information matrix is a new theo- retical tool for studying system dynamic approximate characteristics, knowledge mining and knowledge discovery.
