摘 要:从PbI2PbBr2KCl三元系统中选择摩尔百分组成为50PbI2·30PbBr2·20KCl的玻璃,在25℃的恒温下研究了该玻璃在静态去离子水中的侵蚀过程。在侵蚀过程中,侵蚀液的pH值经历一个由快速下降到逐渐稳定的变化过程。诱导期过后,玻璃中的各组分以分子形式溶解,这是一个选择性溶解过程,溶解度较高的组分将优先溶解。溶液分析结果表明,玻璃的侵蚀是一个扩散控制的过程。The corrosion process of 50PbI 2·30PbBr 2·20KCl(in mole percent)glass was studied in static deionized water at a constant temperature of 25℃.The pH value of solution was observed to decrease to a constant value after a rapid drop in the initial period.This behavior of pH variation is attributed to the hydrolysis reaction of PbX 2(X=Br,I)dissolved in the solution.After a short period,the glass components dissolve in the solution as halides without a prior hydrolysis,and it is a selective dissolved process.The dissolving rate of each component is proportional to its own solubility.From solution analysis,it shows that the corrosion process is a diffusioncontrolled process.It is found that introducing less soluble components is the key for improving the chemical stability of a non fluoride halide glass.
