液相催化加氢还原制备对氨基苯甲醚

摘　　要：以对硝基苯甲醚为原料,经液相催化加氢还原制备对氨基苯甲醚,通过大量的实验确定了最佳的工艺条件：反应温度80～90℃,反应压力1.0～1.5 MPa,催化剂用量5%。与硫化碱还原法相比,此工艺具有质量好、收率高、三废少、可降低成本等优点。p - Anisidine is prepared used p - nitroanisole as material by liquidphasc catalytic hydrog enation. Through plenty of experiments, the best process conditions are followed ： the reaction temperature is 80 -90 ℃, the reaction pressure is 1.0 - 1.5 MPa, the dosage of catalyst is 5%. The advantages as quality, output, three discard gained from this process are much greater than from sodium sulfide deoxidizing.
