摘 要:目的:探讨解偶联蛋白2(UCP2)基因启动子区-866G/A多态性与和田维吾尔族长寿老人体质指数(BMI)之间的关系。方法:以和田地区59名90岁以上的维吾尔族长寿个体为研究对象,测定身高、体重等相关指标,并计算BMI。采用PCR-限制长度片段多态性(PCR-RFLP)和PCR-直接测序法(PCR-Sequencing)对UCP2基因-866G/A碱基多态性进行分型,应用方差分析方法检测不同基因型之间BMI的差异。结果:统计分析显示,启动子-866变异与长寿者BMI相关,A/A基因型BMI最高,而G/G基因型最低,随着A等位基因增加,BMI增加。结论:UCP2基因启动子-866G/A多态性与和田长寿者BMI相关,A/A基因型携带者BMI增高。Objective: To investigate the relation between the polymorphism of promoter region -866 G/A in the Uncoupling protein-2(UCP2) gene and the body mass index(BMI) of Uygur longevities in Hetian. Methods: Fifty nine healthy individuals over 90 years old were recruited. Their height and weight were measured, and BMI were calculated. The -866 G/A polymorphism were genotyped by PCR-RFLP and PCR-Sequencing. The correlation between genotypes and BMI were evaluated by ANOVA. Results: -866 G/A variation was related to BMI in the longevities. The BMI was highest in the A/A genotype carriers, and lowest in the G/G genotype carriers. Moreover, the BMI increased along with the increase of A alleles. Conclusion: We observed the correlation between the polymorphism -866G/A of UCP2 gene and BMI in longevities. And the BMI in A/A genotype carriers increased.
