摘　　要：目的评价颈椎Helix融合器在颈椎前路融合术中的应用价值。方法1999年5月—2003年6月,对18例脊髓型颈椎病,11例颈椎间盘突出症患者行颈椎前路融合术,小切口入路（3-4 cm）,椎间盘及部分椎体后缘切除,椎间隙置入带自体松质骨的环状Helix。以手术后X线片及JOA评分分析疗效。结果29例随访8-24个月,平均l 6.8个月,置入的Helix无移位、脱出,病变椎间隙恢复正常,术后3-6个月骨性融合。术前JOA评分9.80分,术后14.72分,二者相比有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论应用Helix椎间融合器行前路融合术创伤小,病人术后恢复快,能早期活动,椎间融合牢固,疗效优良。Objective To evaluate the application of Helix to the surgical operation of anterior cervical intervcrtebral fusion, Methods The operations and the outcomes of anterior cervical intervertebral fusion were rcviewed in 18 patients with cervical spondylosis and 11 with cervical intervertchral disc herniation from May 1999 to June 2003. Disc-shaped Helixes filled with ocancellous bone were implanted between the cervical vertebrae and the endplates were preserved alter the cerivical intcrvcrtebral disc anti some parts of the posterior border of the vertebral body were rcmoved. Every patient had a short neck incision and was assessed with JOA scoring. Results The movcment of the implanted Helix was not found during the 16.8 months＇ follow-up （ ranging 8-24 mouths）, All the involved hcights of the cervical intcrvertcbral spaces were restored. Bony fusion could he found 3 -6months after operation. The average of JOA was 9. 80 before operation and 14, 72 after operation, between which there was a significant difference （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The patient cart recover and get up to walk quickly alter the application of Helix to anterior cervical intervertebral fusion which specializes in micro-trauma, firm cervical intelwertehral fusion and excellent results.
