驻某地部队干部亚健康特点分析

摘　　要：目的对驻某地部队在职干部进行亚健康调查分析。方法对驻某地部队在职干部首次在我院体检者进行全面(包括主诉、超声、心电图、胸透、实验室检查等)的回顾性分析。结果本组亚健康者总发生率为64.67%,男性亚健康发生率明显高于女性(P<0.05),亚健康发生率与年龄无关(P>0.05),岗位种类与亚健康发生率密切相关(P<0.05),亚健康以适应能力减退及记忆力减退为表现者最多(P<0.01),以有不良生活方式者发生率为高(P<0.05),有家庭因素较无家庭因素者亚健康发生率明显增高(P<0.01),籍贯不同与亚健康发生率不同(P<0.05)。结论驻某地部队在职干部亚健康发生率与性别、岗位种类、不良生活方式、家庭因素密切相关。Objective To investigate into the status of subhealth among the in-service officers located somewhere. Methods A whole retrospective analysis on complaint, examination of uhrasonic, ECG and X-ray, arid laboratory test was carried out in ：the inservice officers who entered for physical examination in our hospital for the first time. Results The total rate of subhealth was 64.67% among the crowd, The subheahh rate of the males was higher than that of the females （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The rate of subhealth had nothing to do with age （ P 〉 0.05 ） , but was significandy correlative with the kind of position （ P 〈 0.05 ）. As for the manifestation, the officers with subhealth manifested the decreases more obviously in adaptability and memory （P 〈 0.0t）, that was inclined to occurred more easily in those with bad life styles （ P 〈 0, 05 ）. Other factors influencing the rate of subhealth included family （P 〈0.05） and native place （ P 〈 0.0i ）. Conclusion The subhealth rate of the in service officers located somewhere is closely correlative with some factors suchwork position, life style and family.
