赫美T4平塞复合补片在腹股沟斜疝修补术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨赫美T4平塞复合补片在腹股沟斜疝无张力修补术中的应用及治疗效果观察。方法回顾性分析我院自2005年3月～2007年3月应用意大利赫美T4平塞复合补片治疗成人腹股沟斜疝患者11例。结果术后局部疼痛轻,均在术后6～8h进食,术后下床活动时间为6h,3w后均恢复轻体力劳动,全部随访1～12个月,无异物感,无复发。结论赫美T4复合补片无张力疝修补术式简单、安全有效,适用于Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型腹股沟斜疝患者。Objective To explore the application and effect of the treatment of America T4-Cypriot composite patch in the tension-Hernia repair. Methods A retrospective analysis of hospital since March 2005 to March 2007 Application He Italy-U.S.-T4-Cypriot composite Hernia treatment of adult patients with 11 cases. Results The method can alleviate local pain, can eat after 6 - 8 hours, can walk after 6h, can resumed light manual after 3 weeks. All patients no foreign body sensation, without recurrence between 1 - 12 months. Conelusioll He U.S.-T4 composite patch tension-free hernia repair operation simple, safe, effective and applicable to the Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ Hernia treatment.
