摘　　要：结合西南管道调度计划的制定实例,介绍了制定成品油管道调度计划过程中需要考虑的批次、输送顺序、市场需求、泵的最小连续稳定流量、流量计工作范围、管道最小输量约束和各站场的罐容约束等7个主要因素的具体内容及其重要性。指出只有着重考虑这些因素,才能简化人员的计划编制,制定出合理、高效的分输计划。When developing an offtaking schedule for a multi-product pipeline, some factors are involved, these are batch,transporting sequence,market demand,minimum continuous flowrate of pump,optimal operating range of the flowmeter,minimum flowrate of the pipeline and tank capacity of each station. With a Schedule Software of Multi-product Pipeline programmed by authors and in the case of Southwest Multi-product Pipeline,authors point out that the above factors have to be emphasized before developing an offtaking plan.
