摘  要:优良的发电机组控制系统不仅可保证发电机组安全可靠地运行,而且能够有效地改善电力系统静态、动态和暂态稳定性。为进一步提高小型水轮发电机组的综合自动化水平,提出了一种集机组保护、励磁控制、调速控制、水机自动化、并网控制、温度巡检和通讯等功能于一体的水轮发电机组综合控制器。完成了整个装置的硬件设计,给出了软件设计的主流程图,分析了综合控制器的功能实现原理。该控制器以数字信号处理器(DSP)TMS320F2812和复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)EPM7128为核心控制器件,其中DSP实现主控制功能,CPLD完成系统逻辑控制,使得整个综合控制器具有可靠性高、灵活性好、适应性强等特点。Good control systems of hydroelectric generating set can not only ensure the safe operation of hydropower generating set, but also improve the static, dynamic and transient stability stabilities of the power system. A general controller for hydroelectric generating sets, which integrates the functions of generator protection, excitation control, speed regulation, hydropower automation, quasi--synchronization control, circular temperature supervision and communication, is brought forward to improve the automation level of small hydroelectric generating sets. The hardware design of the entire set, the diagram of software design, and the realization principle of the general controller are provided. The digital signal processor (DSP) TMS320F2812 and complicated programming logical device (CPLD) EPMT128 are used as master controllers, among which, DSP realizes the host control function, and CPLD accomplishes the system logic control. The controller has the following advantages: high reliability, good agility and strong adjustability, etc.
