摘 要:目的探讨从兔脑中提取组织凝血活酶,制作促凝管的促凝机制。方法从兔脑中提取兔脑粉按一定浓度制成促凝管,与普通试管比较血清分离效果。结果生物促凝管具有较高的促凝功效,分离血清时间比普通试管明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论生物促凝管的促凝机制为通过激活外源性凝血途径中的因子,从而缩短血液凝固时间,达到快速分离血清。Objective To investigate the coagulation promoting mechanism of a new type of organism coagulation promoting tube with tissue thromboplastin extracted from rabbit brain. Methods The tissue thromboplastin was extracted from rabbit brain organism coagulation promoting tube was produced. Then serum separating efficiency of coagulation tube was compared with that of common tubes. Results Organism coagulation promoting tube has high serum separating efficiency, and markedly shortens the time of serum separation(P〈0.05). Conclusion Organism promote coagulate tube's capacity of promoting coagulation was carried out by activating extrinsic pathway of coagulation. Blood coagulation time was shortened by actived factors.
