柳州市健康人群血清蛋白及A/G比值参考值调查

摘　　要：目的建立柳州市健康人群血清总蛋白（TP）、清蛋白（ALB）及A/G比值的参考范围。方法对柳州市2091名健康人群的TP、ALB进行检测,计算A/G比值,对结果进行统计分析。结果TP参考范围为68.61～85.51g/L。男性ALB、A/G明显高于女性（P〈0.001）;男性参考范围为：ALB41.18～57.22g/L,A/G1.13～2.47;女性参考范围为：ALB41.72～55.12g/L,A/G1.11～2.25。男女各年龄阶段TP、ALB、A/G的参考范围也存在不同程度差异。结论柳州健康人群TP、ALB、A/G的参考范围在性别、年龄组间是不同的。旧的参考范围已不适用于当今人群,各实验室应建立本室的参考范围。Objective To establish the reference range for serum total protein （TP）, albumin （ALB） and A/G ratio of healthy adults in Liuzhou City. Methods Serum TP and ALB of 2 091 healthy adults （male 1281, female 810 ） living in Liuzhou City were examined, followed by calculation for A/G value. Then the data were analyzed with statistical methods. Results There was no significant difference between the male and female for serum TP （t= 0. 943 7,P〉0.05） and its normal reference range was 68.61～85.51 g/L. There was significant difference between the male and female for serum ALB and A/G value （P〈0. 001）. ALB and A/G in male group were higher than those in female group. The reference ranges of ALB and A/G for the male were ALB 41.18-57. 22 g/L, A/G 1.13 -2.47,and for the female were ALB 41.72-55. 12 g/L, A/G 1. 11-2.25. The refernce ranges for serum TP, ALB and A/G showed various degrees of difference among the age groups by gender. Conclusion The reference ranges of serum TP, ALB and A/G are different between the male and the female group and so are among the age groups in Liuzhou. Since the normal reference ranges at present are not the same to the old ones, so it is suggested that in different laboratories the normal reference ranges for TP ALB and A/G ought to be established.
