摘　　要：齐大山选矿厂(齐选)随着生产规模的增大、设备的不断更新以及原矿性质的变化,原有的选矿工艺部分流程已不能满足生产需求。经过理论分析和现场取样考查,认为二次磨矿分级效率是制约生产的关键,对此研究制定出二次闭路分级磨矿试验改造方案及措施。Along with productivity increase, equipment continuous updating and change of run-of-mine ore properties, some of beneficiation processes of Qidashan Beneficiation Plant can not meet requirement of production. According to theoretic analysis and onsite sample investigation, the classification efficiency of secondary grinding is found out as bottleneck problem. Therefore, the scheme of testing and realizing secondary close-circuit classification ＆ grinding is determined.
