摘  要:目的探索应用线性打孔器结合自体毛囊显微移植技术治疗脱发的临床效果。方法通过应用线性打孔器结合自体毛囊显微移植技术治疗各种脱发21例,随访时间3-9个月。结果术后平均2-3个月长出头发,5-6个月达到初步视觉效果,外观较术前有明显改善。21例手术中,男女性雄激素性脱发移植的毛囊成活率达95.0%-100.0%,瘢痕毛囊移植成活率达90%以上。结论该手术时间短,恢复快,能达到良好的治疗效果。Object To explore clinical effect of hair follicle autotransplantation microsurgery using slot punch to cure baldness. Methods Retrospeetive analysis of 21 cases of baldness treated by hair follicle autotransplantation microsurgery combined with slot punch,. The follow - up time was 3 - 9 months. Results New hair grew out averagely 2 - 3 months after surgery. The initial visible results appeared after 5 - 6 months, and appearance improved obviously compared with preoperation. In the 21 cases , the rate of growth of the androgenic alopecia hair follicle autografts were between 95.0 % - 100 %. The rate of grafts growth on the scar was over 90 %. Conclusion Hair follicle autotransplantation microsurgery combined with slot punch completes fast,and patients recover quikly. This surgery can get very good treatment effect.
