摘　　要：本文介绍PS日光灯罩挤出模具结构,口模参数经验计算公式,定型设计和轧花装置。并分析PS流变现象,提出确定PS日光灯罩挤出成型工艺条件的基本方法。This paper deals with the mould structure and empirical formulas for calculating die parameters, finalized design and pattern—rolling devices of PS fluorescent lamp-shade. Moreover, PS theological phenomenon is analyzed and the basic method for determining the extrusion moulding conditions of PS fluorescent lamp-shade is developed.
