摘　　要：针对中压碳酸盐溶液泵高速轴频繁发生断裂的故障现象,从强度校核、转子组件动平衡及材料腐蚀角度进行原因分析,并对高速轴的材质、结构及装配提出改进意见。Aimed at the frequent fracturing of high speed shaft of MP carbonate solution pump, analyzes the reasons from the aspects of intensity examination, the rotor module transient equilibrium and material corrosion, and puts forward proposals for improvement of high speed shaft material, structure and assembly.
