摘　　要：介绍四川天华股份有限公司合成氨装置脱碳系统技术改造情况,总结了改造后的运行效果和经济效益。脱碳系统经过10a运行,不断总结经验和不断改进,实现了合成氨装置高负荷稳定生产,大大降低了能耗。Presents reasons for technical revamp, revamping measures, operating results and economic benefits from the revamp of CO2 removal system of Siehuan Tianhua ammonia plant. The CO2 removal system has been in operation for 10 years, through successive revamp, the ammonia plant is now operating stably under high load, and the energy consumption is greatly reduced.
