摘　　要：介绍塑料件大面积烫印的装饰效果,适用范围和对塑料件的特殊要求。针对不同塑料件叙述平烫、滚烫等方法及所适用的烫印机。并讨论了保证烫印质量应掌握的烫印工艺控制、胎夹具设计制作、烫印箔选用及烫印疵病分析等技术问题。The article introduces the decorating effectiveness and applying range of large area thermoprinting for the plastics parts, and the special requirements to the plastics parts. The roll and flat thermoprinting technique and the thermoprinting machine used is described as for various plastics parts. Such technical problems are also discussed as the thermoprinting process control having to be mastered,the design and manufacture of the supporting tools & fixtures, the selecting of thermoprinting foils and the thermoprinting defect analysis in order to ensure the thermoprinting quality.
