中药热敷结合腰椎牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症103例

摘　　要：目的 观察中药热敷结合腰椎牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法自2005年1月-2006年12月收治103例患者，采用中药热敷结合腰椎牵引综合治疗。结幕治愈68例，好转28例，未愈7例。结论中药（自拟外用方）热敷，结合腰椎牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症，可取得较好的临床效果。Objective To summarize the experience of conservative treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods From Jan. 2005 to Dec. 2006, 103 patients were treated with hot pack with Chinese herbal medicine combining lumbar traction. Results 68 cases were healed, 28 cases got better, 7 cases were not healed. Conclusion Prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc is a common and frequently encountered disease in clinical orthopaedics. Hot pack with Chinese herbal medicine （ self - made prescription for external useage ） combining lumbar traction has a favorable clinical effect.
