摘　　要：叙述了炼锌电炉炉底积铁形成的机理,探讨了炉料成分、炉温、电极插入深度、渣型、还原剂配比等因素对积铁形成的影响,介绍了防止积铁产生的措施。This paper presents the mechanism for accumulation iron at the bottom of electric zinc furnace, explores the influencing factors of accumulation iron, such as material composition, temperature, depth of electrode insert, slag pattern and reductant proportioning, propose effective measures of prevent from accumulation iron.
