摘　　要：使用控制模型是一个包含传统访问控制、可信管理、数字权限管理的综合框架,是下一代数字资源使用控制模型.Petri网能够描述使用控制模型的分布、并发、同步等特征,又具有严格的数学基础以及易于理解和使用的图形表示,也有成熟的模型验证和模拟工具,是建立和研究使用控制模型的有效技术.定义了使用前和使用中授权使用控制模型及其连续性和可变性特性,然后采用有色Petri网进行了表达,并详细分析了有色Petri网模型能够表达授权使用控制模型的使用授权策略.Usage control model is a general framework that encompasses traditional access control, trust management, and digital right management. It is the next generation model of usage control for digital resources. Petri net can represent distributions, concurrencies and synchronizations of usage control, and it offers mathematical methods, graphical representations, tools of simulation and formal analysis so that it can be the effective technology for describing and analyzing usage control model. We present the defini- tions of pre-using authorization and ongoing-using authorization usage control models and express the mod- els and their continuity and mutability. At last, we get the conclusions that the representations succeed in describing the policies of usage control.
