摘　　要：目的探索侵袭内阿米巴较好的培养和保种方法。方法分别应用三种常用的双相培养基对侵袭内阿米巴进行培养和保种的效果比较。结果侵袭内阿米巴在营养琼脂血清盐水培养基中与其它两种培养基比较能更好地生长和增殖。结论营养琼脂血清盐水培养基制备方法简便,可较好地用于侵袭内阿米巴的培养和保种。Objective To look for a better methods for culture and preservation of Entamoeba invadens. Methods Three kinds of two phase culture mediums were applied to the culture and preservation of Entamoeba invadens and their effects in proliferation of the protozoan were observed. Results According to ability of growth and proliferation of Entamoeba invadens, nutrient agar culture medium containing Ringer＇s liquor and blood senm is the best among the three kinds of culture mediums. Conclusion Nutrient agar culture medium containing Ringer＇s liquor and blood serum has a better effect used in the culture and preservation of Entamoeba invadens.
