硝普钠联合黄芪注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价硝普钠联合黄芪注射液对慢性充血性心力衰竭(CCHF)患者的疗效。方法73例CCHF患者随机分为常规治疗对照组、硝普钠治疗组和硝普钠联合黄芪注射液治疗组,观察三组患者治疗前后心率、血压、左室射血分数(LVEF)以及心功能的变化,并进行统计学分析。结果经过治疗,大部分患者心功能、心率、血压得到不同程度的改善,但硝普钠联合黄芪注射液治疗组较常规治疗组有更好的显效率和总有效率,联合治疗在降低收缩压、提高LVEF方面作用强于常规治疗。结论硝普钠联合黄芪注射液治疗能更有效治疗CCHF。Objective To evaluate the effect of sodium nitroprusside combining with mi/kvetch root injection on chronic congestive heart failure （CCHF）. Methods Seventy three patients were randomly divided into routine treatment group, SN treatment group and sodium nitroprasside combining with milkveteh root injection treatment group. The ehanges of heart rate, blood pressure, ]eft ventrieular ejection fraetion（LVEF） and heart function between pretherapy and post - treatment were observed. The results were statisfieally analyzed. Results After treatment, these indexes of most patients sueh as heart function, heart rate and blood pressure were improved in various degrees. However, the marked effeetive rate and total effective rate in treatment group were higher than routine treatment group in reducing systofie blood pressure or increasing LVEF. Conclusion Sodium nitroprasside combined with milkveteh root injection is effective on the patients with CCHF.
