2004~2006年海南省HIV初筛阳性标本的复检及确认情况分析

摘　　要：目的 了解海南省近3年艾滋病病毒（HIV）抗体初筛阳性标本的复检及确认情况,促进实验室网络检测能力提高.方法 对海南省2004～2006年3年艾滋病筛查实验室初筛阳性送检样本及本室初筛阳性的428份样本进行复检与确认,并对其检测结果分析比较.结果 经本室酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）复检,由各筛查实验室送检的428份中,有85份HIV抗体阴性（85/414,20.5%）,其中2004年21份（占当年21.4%）、2005年44份（占当年26.2%）、2006年20份（占当年13.5%）;两种E1.1.qA或一种ELISA和一种快速法（雅培硒标或富士PA）均为阳性的240份,一种ELISA或一种快速法为阳性的103份,经WB试验确认277份为HIV-1抗体阳性（80.8%）,13例阴性（3.8%）,53例不确定（15.4%）.13例阴性样本中,ELISA法检测假阳性10例,快速法3例.两种ELISA或一种ELISA和一种快速法双阳性与WB的阳性符合率为93.3%.结论 应进一步加强实验室规范化管理,消除引起初筛试验假阳性结果因素.Objective To understand the results of re- checking and confirmation of samples positive for antibody to HIV screened in Hainan province fromn 2004 to 2006 and enhance the abifity of laboratory network. Methods There 414 screcened samples positive for antibody to HIV were re- checked and confimaed by screening laboratories in Hainan province in 2004 - 2006. The results were compared and analyzed. Resulls All the 414 samples were re- checked by ELISA and 85 samples were negative （20.5%）, inelduing 21samples collected in 2004, 44 samples collected in 2005 and 20 samples colected in 2006. There 240 samples were positive tested by two ELISA reagents or one ELISA and one rapid testing reagent. The 103 samples were positive tested by one EI,ISA or one rapid testing reagent, There 277 samples were positive for antibody to HIV confirmed by WB. Of the 13 negative samples 10 were tested by ELISA and 3 by rapid testing method. The results of 53 samples could not be defined. The positive coincidence rate of two ELISA or one ELISA and one rapid method with WB was 93.3 %. Conclusion The managment of laboratory be further standardized to enhance the capacity in screening and confirmation of HIV infection in this province.
