摘 要:目的探讨苯对小鼠体细胞遗传物质的影响。方法采用静式吸入法染毒,将50只动物随机分成阴性对照组、阳性对照组及0.3、0.6、1.2g/m33个剂量组,剂量组每隔24h染毒1次,每次2h,共15d,取胸骨骨髓作微核计数,分析受试小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率。结果苯染毒低、中、高3个剂量组的微核率与阴性对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并呈现剂量-反应关系。结论苯能诱导小鼠体细胞微核增加。Objective To evaluate the effects of benzene on somatic cells genetic materials of mice. Methods There 50 Kunming mice were randomly divided into five groups: negative control, positive control and low, middle, high three dosage groups. The three dosage groups were treated with inhalation benzene 2 hours a day at the dose of 0.3g/m3,0.6g/m3,1.2g/m3. Fifteen days later, then the frequencies of PCEMN in sternum bone marrow were assessed. Remits Compared with negative control group, the frequencies of PCEMN were decreased significantly in all groups ( P 〈 0.05), and a dose - dependant manner response was obvious observed. Condusion Benzene is capable of inducing the increase in frequencies of PCEMN of mice.
