摘　　要：辽宁省区域面临着水资源严重短缺,污染严重,开发利用程度已经很高,供需矛盾十分突出。目前关于辽宁区域的水资源“开源”的相关研究较多。因此辽宁区域水资源可持续利用的“节流”对策的讨论显得十分重要。讨论了辽宁节约用水的对策。Liaoning Province is faced with serious water shortages and serious pollution, there has been very high Exploitation level, the contradiction between supply and demand is very serious. There is more research of the regional water ＂new sources＂ in Liaoning eurrently. Therefore, it is important discussing on ＂water-saving ＂ countermeasures of regional sustainable use about water resources in Liaoning. This paper discusses the measures of water conservation in Liaoning.
