摘　　要：本文是作者参与和从事多功能溢油回收船型开发工作的总结。文章比较系统地分析研究了溢油的监视、围控和回收等关键技术和设备、措施，指出了多功能溢油回收船应该具备的技术特点，并提出了对多功能溢油回收船型的开发和设计工作的若干建议，可供从事此种船舶的项目开发和设计参考应用。The author of this paper engaged in ship form research on multifunction oil spill recovery vessel and summarized this work. This paper comparatively systemically analyzed and researched key technology, equipments and measures such as supervision and corralling and recovering of oil spill and so on, and found the necessary technical features of multifunction oil spill recovery vessel. It presented recommendation on researching and design for multifunction oil spill recovery vessel, which be referenced by the persons who engage in research and design for this type of ship.
