摘　　要：结合抚州市地籍管理的实际情况,论述了抚州市地籍管理信息系统的目标和原则、设计思想、系统流程图、关键技术路线,在数据库设计的基础上,详细阐述了地籍管理信息系统的模块设计。将地籍管理信息系统的模块划分为土地登记、地籍图形、综合管理、统计汇总、系统维护、土地规划成果管理、帮助七大模块,并对各模块的功能进行了详细的论述。Object and principle, design idea, system flowchart, key technology route of Fuzhou cadastral management information system is discussed combined with the real conditions of Fuzhou cadastral management. On the base of database designing, module design of cadastral management information system is elaborated. The module of cadastral management information system is divided into land register, cadastral graph, integrated management, statistics and gather, system maintenance, result management of land planning and help. The functions of these modules are introduced in details.
