摘　　要：系统分析了有关水资源承载力的定义,从传统的水资源理论、社会经济系统理论和可持续发展理论研究了水资源承载力的概念;通过对水资源承载力概念的分析,从生态属性、社会经济属性、时空属性、可持续属性、技术属性5个方面探讨了水资源承载力的内涵;同时,从水文循环、社会经济、可持续发展等方面探讨了水资源承载力的理论体系。The definitions of water resources carrying capacity are analyzed systemically, the conception of water resources carrying capacity is researched form the aspect of traditional water resource theory, social-economic theory and sustainable development theory. From live aspects of bionomics, social-economics, space-time, sustainable and technicality, connotation of water resources carrying capacity is explored. At the same time, theoretic system is discussed based on hydraulic cycle, socialeconomic, sustainable development and so on.
