摘　　要：本文介绍了开展高温炉管状态检验与寿命分析的3方面工作:外观检查和管径测量:基于内壁氧化皮测量的剩余蠕变寿命评估;取样综合试验与评定。就状态评估结果对部件寿命进行了分析,供运行优化、预知性检修参考。This article introduced the development high temperature furnace tube condition examination and the life analysis 3 aspects work ：Viewing test and caliber survey; Based on endophragm oxide skin survey surplus slow change life appraisal; The sample synthesis experiment with evaluates. On the condition appraised the result has carried on the analysis to the component life, For movement optimization, Knowing in advance overhaul reference.
