摘　　要：启蒙思想家创立的主权理论经过长期的丰富和发展,尤其是经典作家批判性汲取之后,升华为以人民主权原则为核心的理论体系。人民主权原则有力地指导了社会主义民主宪政实践,是宪法产生的思想根源、灵魂和根本价值取向,为现代国家提供了合法性基础,在宪政和国家制度安排中提供着重要的价值依托。当宪法危机发生时,政治发展以质变的方式呈现,宪法所宣扬的人民主权原则在一定范围内避免了宪法危机的爆发。After a long development and enrichment, especially critically derived by some classical thinkers, the sovereignty theory created by the torchbearers has been sublimated to an sovereignty principle-oriented system. The principle of sovereignty , which effectively guides the practice of socialistic democracy constitutionalism, is the root, the spirit, and the ultimate value tropism of the birth of constitution. It also provides the legal foundation for modem countries, as well as paramount value support in constitution and the arrangements of national system. When the constitution crisis takes place, politics development will present itself in a way of qualitative change and the principle of sovereignty publicized by constitution avoids the occurrence of constitution crisis to some degree.
