摘　　要：结合工作实际总结了SMC、BMC模塑制品常见缺陷、产生原因及解决方法;总结了常温涂装、烘焙涂装的工艺过程,涂层缺陷及其对策;针对制品缺陷和损坏,阐述了相应的修补方法。The article, according to the practice,sums the common defects of SMC & BMC moulding Products, the reasons and the solving methods. It also states the process of painting the products under room temperature and specific baked temperature, painting defects and dealing methods. The paper describes the different mending methods according to the different defects and damages.
