速克感冒胶囊中绿原酸的含量测定

摘　　要：【目的】建立高效液相色谱法测定速克感冒胶囊绿原酸的含量。【方法】十八烷基键合硅胶为填充剂;甲醇-0.1%冰醋酸溶液（17：83）为流动相;检测波长为328 nm;流速1.0 ml/min;柱温为30℃。【结果】绿原酸在进样量为0.04～0.20μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.14%,RSD为0.67%（n=6）。【结论】本方法准确、灵敏度高、重现性好,适于速克感冒胶囊的质量控制。[Objective] To establish a method for the determination of chlorogeric acid in Sukeganmao capsule. [Methods] HPLC analysis was carried out on C18 column with methanol-0.1%acetate acid solution（17： 83）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/ min, the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃ and the detective wave length was set at 328nm. [Results] The hnear rangofchlorogericacidwas0.04～0.20μg with average rate of recovery 99.14%（RSD= 0.67%, n =6）. [Conclusions] This method is proved to be simple and reliable and can be used for the quality control of Sukeganmao capsule.
