摘　　要：分析了解决工程款拖欠问题的重要性,从工程款拖欠的现象出发,运用博弈论进行分析,阐述了建立健全建筑市场法律法规和完善工程担保制度在解决此问题方面的重要意义,以从根本上解决农民工工资问题。It analyzes the importance of the arrears of project fund. On base of the phenomenon of the arrears of project fund, it analyzes this by game theory, represents the important meaning of building and perfecting law in architectural market and perfecting project surety system to solve those problems.
