摘　　要：文章提出了图书馆员专业化的五个标准,分析了图书馆员专业化进程中联系和发展的特性,在此基础上,对当前图书馆员专业化发展的程度进行了评价和判断,同时指出图书馆员专业化发展的方向。This article brings up the five standards of librarian professionalization, and analyses the meaning of librarian professionalization. On the foundation of this study, this article evaluates and judges the degree of librarian＇s professionalization development, points out the direction of librarian＇s professionalization development at the same time.
