摘　　要：文章通过对国内外大量信息素质概念的分析和比对,归纳出信息素质概念的三类构造方式,并提出了自己的信息素质概念建构模型。This paper sums up three manners of conception of information literacy through the analysis and comparison of a vast amount of the conception of information literacy at home and abroad. Based on this, the paper gives its own building model of the conception of information literacy.
