摘  要:为探索发射装药挤压破碎对燃烧规律的影响,利用发射装药挤压破碎模拟试验装置,对发射药药床进行了系列挤压试验,对不同发射药样品进行了密闭爆发器试验,研究了其挤压破碎发射的密闭爆发器燃烧规律。结果表明,发射药破碎后初始燃烧加强,高压区燃烧减弱。药粒破碎不利于发射装药的发射安全性。In order to determine the relations between combustion behavior of propellant charges and its extrusion process, a dynamic simulating device is adopted to prepare samples of propellant charges which have been pressed with different dynamic high pressure and fractured subsequently. The combustion behaviors of samples have been tested in closed bomb and the burning law was studied. It is found that the initial phase of combustion for fractured samples has been boosted up, and the latter phase of combustion corresponding to high pressure region has been weakened reversely. The fracture of propellant charge owe to high pressure enduring has bad effect on launchsafety.
