摘　　要：观察硬膜外阻滞复合浅全麻在高血压病人LC手术中的应用情况，将40例高血压患者ASA（Ⅰ－Ⅲ）随机分成两组（n＝20），对照组在单纯静吸全麻下进行LC手术，实验组采用硬膜外阻滞加浅全麻，通过两种麻醉方式的运用、对比，发现实验组在血液动力学稳定方面，明显优越于对照组。本文意在探讨其麻醉方法在LC高血压患者中的应用价值。use of Epidural Dlock Combined With general anesthesia in LC operation of HBP patients were studied. Fourty high blood pressure patients. ASA(Ⅰ -Ⅲ ). undergoing LC surgery were divided into two groups. the control group with general Anethesia only, and the tested group with epidural block. Combined with general Anethesia. The total required dosage of ane sthetic mirtures was so much as the tested group (P<0. 05). In conclusion epidural block compined with general anesthesia produles better hemodynamic stability
