摘　　要：目的探讨经口咽前路寰枢椎复位钢板(transoral-pharyngeal atlantoaxial reduction plate,TARP)系统治疗寰枢椎脱位患者围术期的护理。方法23例难复型寰枢椎脱位患者采用经口咽前路寰枢椎复位钢板系统治疗,对其进行回顾性分析。结果患者术后寰枢椎复位良好,伤口均Ⅰ期愈合,无1例出现术后并发症。结论TARP系统是治疗难复性寰枢椎脱位患者的理想方法,良好的围术期护理可以有效预防术后并发症。Objective To discuss the perioperative nursing of atlantoaxial dearticulation patients after treated with transoralpharyngeal atlantoaxial reduction plate （TARP）. Methods Twenty-three atlantoaxial dearticulation patients were treated with transoralpharyngeal atlantoaxial reduction plate（TARP）, and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results All patients had a satisfactory outcome after operation with primary healing and without complication. Conclusion TARP system is an ideal method for treatment of refractory atlantoaxial dearticulation; careful perioperative nursing can effectively prevent postoperative complication.
