摘　　要：随着计算机网络技术的不断发展,影响数字馆藏建设的诸多技术因素已得到极大改善,而经济、法制、观念、人员素质等非技术因素影响在不断增强。文章对非技术因素对数字资源建设不同层面的影响作了非概括性的针对性研究,以期使这方面的研究对实践工作有较具体的指导意义。With the development of computer network technology, many technical factors influencing the construction of digitalized resources have been greatly perfected, while the influence of economic, legal, ideational, and personnel factors have been increasingly strengthened. The present paper has made specific study on the various influence on the construction of digitalized resources exerted by non-technical factors. This study may be of specific implication for the empirical work in the field.
