摘　　要：Apelin是孤独G蛋白耦联受体APJ的内源性配体,在组织中分布广泛。apelin是一种新的脂肪细胞因子,肥胖伴有高胰岛素时其表达升高,它还可抑制高血糖刺激的胰岛素分泌,并具有降低血压、增强心肌收缩力、调节水平衡等多种生物学效应。Apelin is an endogenic ligand for the orphan Gprotein-coupled APJ receptors, which is widespread in tissue, apelin is a new fat cell factor and has hagh expression in obesity accompanyed by hyperiinsulinism, which has many biological effect including inhibiting insulin secretion resulting from hyperglycerma, decreasing blood pressure, strengthening myocardial contractility, regulating water balance and so on.
