摘 要:本研究对自测的我国豹蛛属pardosa三种(拟环纹豹蛛Pardosa pseudoannulata、沟渠豹蛛Pardosa laura、星豹蛛Pardosa astrigera)和从GenBank中下载的一种中国豹蛛(沙地豹蛛Pardosa takahashii)的12S rDNA序列片段进行了同源性比较和碱基序列分析.结果表明:这四种中国豹蛛该基因片段的299bp中有24个变异位点比较稳定;从这四种中国豹蛛与其各自鉴别位点的对应关系可知,12S rDNA可以作为该四种豹蛛种类鉴别的分子标记.The fragments of 12S rDNA genes were sequenced for 3 pardosa species, including P · pseudoannulata.P · laura and P · astrigera in China. And P · takahozhii was dowloaded from the GenBank date library. Based on the analysis of 12S rDNA 299bp sequences of the 4 pardosa species, we identified that 24 variable sites were highly conserved. The studies of the relationship between the 4 pardosa species in China and their respective identification sites suggested that 12S rDNA could be used as the molecular marker in identification of the 4 pardosa species.
