摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下亚甲蓝注射对不可扪及的乳腺微小病灶定位活检的应用价值。方法在高频超声引导下,对153例、203枚乳腺微小病灶进行病灶表面亚甲蓝注射定位后进行手术切除活检。结果203枚病灶均获得精确切除,活检准确性100%,其中恶性肿瘤13例,占8.5%;重度不典型增生3例,占1.96%。其余病例均为良性病变。结论超声引导下亚甲蓝定位,可以有效提高体表不能扪及的乳腺微小病灶活检准确性,具有较高的应用价值。Objective To discuss the applied value of ultra-sound guided methylene staining in localized biopsy of micro-breast lesions. Methods Under high frequency ultra-sound guided, 203 breast micro-lesions in 153 cases underwent operative biopsy after injected localization of lesion surface with methylene. Results All of the lesions were precisely removed. The accurate rate of biopsy was 100%. 13 of 153 cases were malignant tumor, 3 cases were severe atypical hyperplasia and the other cases were benign tumors. Conclusion Ultrasound guided methylene localization can effectively improve biopsy accuracy of micro-breast lesions.
