摘　　要：目前,国内水电建设迎来了发展的机遇,要保证工程质量,必需抓好设计产品的质量控制和设计优化工作,实行设计监理制是一种有益的探索。结合工作实践,介绍了拉西瓦水电站工程建设设计监理工作经历的三个阶段和重要的设计优化建议,以及设计监理工作的体会。At present, the hydropower construction at home receives a new development opportunity. It is necessary to grasp well the quality control and design optimization of product in order to guarantee the project quality. The implementation of design-supervision system is a useful exploration. In combination with practice, this paper describes three steps of the construction, design and supervision of the Laxiwa Hydropower Project, the important design optimization advices and the experience of design-supervision work.
