摘　　要：　目的：探讨大规模宫颈细胞学涂片实验室染色的方法和流程。方法：改变传统手工染色的工作流程，创造性改动染色流程，严格按照程序操作，控制好每道程序时间。结果：运用改进后的方法和流程，染色效果优良。结论：在纯手工染色的情况下，能控制好大规模细胞涂片染色效果，一个工作日能制作数千张以上质量较高的宫颈细胞学涂片。The goal discusses the large-scale cervix cytology to spread themethod and the flow method change tradition manual dyeing work flow which the piece laboratory dyes, the creative modification dyeing flow, strictly according to the proce dure operation, after control seach procedure time result utilization improvement the method and the flow, the dyeing effect fine conclusion in the pure manual dyeingsituation, can control the very big scale cell to spread the piece dyeing effect, a working day can manufacture above several thousand quality higher cervix cytology to spread the piece.
