摘　　要：目的：探讨脊柱、脊髓损伤的MRI影像特征及临床价值。方法：回顾性分析41例脊柱、脊髓损伤的MRI表现。结果：本组41例，有15种MRI表现：脊髓肿胀；脊髓水肿；脊髓挫伤、出血；脊髓横断；硬膜外血肿；蛛网膜下腔出血；脊髓压迫；脊髓软化或空洞；脊髓瘘管；脊髓萎缩；椎管狭窄；椎间盘损伤；椎体骨折；椎体脱位；韧带损伤。结论：脊柱、脊髓损伤的MRI影像具有特征性，也是所有影像检查技术中最佳选择方法。Objective To study the MRI imaging features and clinical valuation of the spinal and spinal cord trauma. Methods Analyzed the MRI appearances of 41 patients with spinal and spinal cord trauma. Results 15 kinds MRI features： Swell of spinal cord; Edema of spinal cord; Contused or hemorrhage of Spinal cord; Transection of spinal cord; Epidural hematoma in the vertebral canal;subarachnoid hemorrhage;Compressed of spinal cord ; Malacacosis of spinal cord;Syringes of spinal cord ; amyelotrophy; stenosis of spinal canal ; intervertebral disc trauma ; fracture of vertebral body ; dislocation of spine; Legment injury. Conclusion MRI have some imaging features in diagnosing the spinal and spinal cord injury and it is the best method.
